RedWood County RolePlay (“RWCRP”, “the county”, “we”) is a whitelist FiveM community. By creating an RW account you agree to these Terms of Service. 1. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years of age. The county does not host minors. A false date of birth is grounds for immediate removal. 2. One person, one ledger. You may not sell, rent, or share your RW account. You are responsible for every action taken under your RWM ID, Discord, Steam, and Cfx.re identities. 3. The live world. Access to the FiveM server requires an accepted whitelist application. Creating an account does not grant connect rights. Department tryouts and faction rank are separate from county clearance. 4. Conduct. Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, doxxing, and real-world threats are removed without debate. Exploits, menu dumps, and bug abuse are treated as cheating. 5. Roleplay standards. You agree to the published server rules, including VYOL, NLR, no metagaming, and no powergaming. Arena habits do not belong under the canopy. 6. Staff. Staff direction during an active scene is followed. Disputes go to a ticket after the scene. Staff tools are not a win condition. 7. Enforcement. We may warn, kick, ban, waitlist, revoke whitelist, or close an account. Lying on an application or appeal is a second offense. 8. Content. You grant RWCRP a non-exclusive license to use screenshots, clips, and names you submit or produce in the county for community news, trailers, and promotion. 9. Availability. The county, Discord, and this site may go dark for maintenance or for any reason. We do not guarantee uptime, slots, or a particular season window. 10. Changes. We may update these terms. Continued use after a notice on the site or Discord is acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account.

This policy explains what RedWood County RolePlay collects when you open an RW account and how that data is used. 1. Account data. We store your username, email, date of birth (to confirm age and when the apply desk opens), country, timezone, referral source, password hash, and optional avatar and banner. 2. Linked identities. Discord, Cfx.re, and Steam identifiers and public display names are stored so staff can find you, sync roles, and bind your FiveM identity. You may add Discord, Cfx.re, and Steam later from the member dashboard. 3. Gameplay and desk data. Applications, characters, appeals, bans, warnings, faction membership, and staff notes are kept as the county paper trail. 4. Technical data. Session cookies, IP address, and user-agent may be stored with a session for security and abuse prevention. 5. Why we collect it. To operate the whitelist, contact you about decisions, keep the live world accountable, and enforce the rules. 6. Sharing. We do not sell your data. We may share identifiers with Discord role sync, email delivery, and hosting providers that run this site. Staff with desk access can see files they are assigned to review. 7. Retention. Account and enforcement records are kept while the county needs them. You may request a copy or a close-out of your file through a ticket. Some ban records may be retained. 8. Cookies. A session cookie keeps you signed in. A short-lived registration cookie holds an unfinished file until you stamp it or it expires. 9. Contact. Privacy questions go through Discord tickets or the email on your county file. By continuing you confirm you have read this policy.

These RW Account Terms sit beside the Terms of Service. They govern the RWM ID and the member dashboard. 1. RWM ID. When your file is stamped we generate a unique RedWood Member ID (RWM ID). It is the public handle of your ledger. Do not trade it. Do not impersonate another RWM ID. 2. Linked providers. Discord, Cfx.re, and Steam may be added later from the dashboard. Once linked, unlinking without staff approval may lock whitelist and faction seats. 3. Dashboard. The RW Member dashboard is where you track applications, characters, notices, and settings. Staff decisions appear there and, when we have an email, in your inbox. 4. Whitelist. An RWM ID is not a connect key. You must still file a character and wait for staff. A denial carries a cooldown. A later file is read as a new walk. 5. Media. Optional profile pictures and banners must be yours to use. No pornography, real-world hate symbols, or another player’s likeness without consent. 6. Security. Keep your password. Enable the providers you trust. If you lose Discord and Cfx.re, recovery is a ticket, not a guess. 7. Closure. You may ask staff to retire an account. Characters, scenes, and public roster entries may remain as county memory. 8. Conflicts. If these Account Terms conflict with a later published rule on the site, the site rule wins for play. If they conflict with the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service win for the contract. Stamp this page only if you understand that an RW account is a ledger, not a lobby pass.
